Welcome to CourtCraft. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our basketball tutorial platform, including all videos, training materials, instructional content, and community features. By accessing or using CourtCraft, you agree to be bound by these terms.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Content and Intellectual Property

All tutorial videos, training programs, instructional materials, graphics, logos, and other content provided on CourtCraft are owned by CourtCraft or our content licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription or access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our tutorial content without express written permission. Screenshots and recordings of our video tutorials for redistribution are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of our content may result in account termination and legal action.

Subscription and Payment Terms

CourtCraft offers various subscription plans that provide access to our basketball tutorial library and features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to CourtCraft. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

CourtCraft provides basketball tutorials and training information for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, our content is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tutorials will improve your basketball skills or achieve any specific results.

Physical activity, including basketball training, carries inherent risks of injury. You assume all risks associated with using our tutorials and following our training programs. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. CourtCraft, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our platform or application of our training methods.

Termination and General Provisions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to CourtCraft at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use CourtCraft will immediately cease.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CourtCraft regarding use of our platform. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not waive our right to do so later. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution procedures.
